About Mileshin Psychological Services

Mileshin Psychological Services provides easy-to-access, affordable, high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families by phone or video chat living in the NYC area and New York State.

We are a group of clinicians with diverse backgrounds, skill-sets and ways-of-working. What we share is a passion for integrative psychotherapy and a primary concern with treatment efficacy. We’re continually learning and applying that knowledge to our clinical practice. Although we value empirically supported treatments and theoretical sophistication, we don’t wait for the research to catch up with what we observe working—and we listen.
