Dr. Susannah Mileshina

Dr. Susannah Mileshina (licensed as Susannah Mileshin) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in New York State. Susannah earned her doctorate in counseling psychology from Fordham University. Throughout her graduate training and early career, she worked in a variety of settings, including an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, on an ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) team, in college counseling centers, schools and in community mental health clinics.

In the last few years, Susannah has made a name for herself in CPTSD treatment and the treatment of childhood trauma.

Lana James, LMFT

Lana James is a NYS licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), who brings an interpersonal systems lens to individual and couple / partners sessions to help clients identify their strengths and challenge negative patterns. She has additional training as a sex therapist and cultivates a sex-positive clinical alliance in her work with individuals, couples and partners.

In her work with individuals, Lana’s areas of expertise include college and career stress, relationships, self-care, self-empowerment and sexuality. With couples and partners, Lana specializes in pre-marital counseling, working with newlyweds, parenting, blended families, ethical non-monogamy, interracial / interfaith relationships, LGBTQ+ ally issues, sex therapy. Her praxis is sex positive and kink informed.
